They communicated clearly throughout the entire process, showed up when they said they would, and did an excellent job on our roof. The Keystone crew worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and made sure everything was cleaned up when they were finished. The crew was professional and did an awesome job. They arrived on time and didn’t leave until they finished the job. Communication was excellent. Past roofing companies with did a poor job or didn’t follow through. Keystone roofing has brought me great relief, because when it’s rains my roof no longer leaks into my ceiling. As a first-time homeowner, filing an insurance claim after a major storm was something I had never dealt with before. Nate from Keystone Roofing took the time to explain everything in detail, from the simple repair option to the full insurance claim process after the 80+ mph winds, large hail, and flooding we experienced. He made sure I understood all of my options without ever making me feel pressured. Even though I'm sure they were swamped with calls after the storm, Nate came out quickly to inspect my roof and walked me through exactly what he found. A few days later, his crew completed the repairs, and everything looks like new again. The workmanship and professionalism were outstanding. When I was looking for a local roofing company, multiple people recommended Keystone Roofing and Nate, and now I completely understand why. I can't recommend them enough. They'll definitely be the first people I call for any future roof repairs, and when my home eventually becomes a rental, I'll be reaching out to them again for renovations and other projects. Excellent service from start to finish. Timely, professional, and the quality was perfect. The gutter cuts and installation were precise, clean, and done right the first time. Communication was great throughout the whole process, and everything was completed exactly when promised. You can tell they take pride in their work. We cannot recommend this team highly enough. They stepped in to correct what had been, quite honestly, a disaster left behind by the previous crew who worked on our dormer. The scope of the repair was not only physically demanding, but also intellectually complex. It involved addressing multiple joists penetrating through the roof structure, as well as properly sealing and isolating all dormer side interfaces where they meet the roof — a level of detail that requires true expertise, not just labor. What impressed us most was that they didn’t simply fix the issues we had already identified. They went further, carefully inspecting the entire area and uncovering additional problems that could have caused serious damage down the line. Every issue was addressed with precision and professionalism. Their work ethic was exceptional — long hours, full dedication, and a clear commitment to doing the job the right way, not the easy way. And despite the complexity and intensity of the work, their pricing was absolutely fair for the level of craftsmanship delivered. It’s rare to find a team that combines technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and integrity the way they do. Keystone recently placed a new roof on our home, as well as several other repairs that were needed. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with the service we received. Ryan was amazing! Nate Inger was especially outstanding—he was extremely responsive and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns throughout the process. The crew worked quickly without sacrificing quality, and the entire roof replacement was completed efficiently. We had part of our ceiling break while we were in the attic, and the entire experience was outstanding. Nate quickly scheduled an appointment, and Jason came out the very next day to handle the repairs. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, and the quality of work was excellent. He explained the whole process from the time of coming out and assessing the damages to meeting with the insurance adjuster to completion of the job! Keystone Roofing came out to repair my roof and I could not be more satisfied with the service I received. Their response was expeditious and professional from start to finish. The crew was on time, courteous, and made sure the work was done properly. The repair itself was excellent—solid, thorough, and left me with no concerns when they were finished. I get multiple calls from out-of-town companies wanting to “inspect” my roof, usually trying to sell me on things I don’t need. Keystone is different. They are a local company, they addressed the specific issue I had, and they did not try to add unnecessary items to inflate the bill. That honesty and professionalism means a lot. I appreciate when a company does exactly what they say they are going to do, and Keystone Roofing delivered. It was entirely due to his effort we that were able to get the roof replaced with the exact shingles we wanted. Keystone came out and replaced my back porch roof and some supporting posts that had gotten knocked loose from a wind storm. Keystone roofing has done an excellent job with putting on a new roof for me. Nate was there to answer all questions I had. Keystone roofing put new gutters on the house and matched my gutters to the same color siding.  I also had a new garage door installed and it works great and seals great . I highly recommend this roofing company. From the roof to the gutters to the garage door each crew were very professional and did a great job. After the roof was installed the crew did a clean up around the property. Nate did everything he said he was going to do. A BIG FIVE STAR rating to this company. I called Nate with Kestone Roofing & Gutters about putting Gutters on my 40ft shop. Big building with lots of Run off. Nate was prompt at showing up and getting his team out to get the job done. Keystone went above and beyond for our roof replacement!!  After being denied by our insurance, Nate continued to contact them until they reevaluated and covered the roof, gutters, and inside damage from a leak. After putting off having our roof redone for far too long, a severe wind and hail storm forced us to do it. Talking to friends and neighbors there was no doubt on who we would contact first for our job, Keystone Roofing. When my wife and I sat down initially with Nate Inger, we knew immediately, we were going with Keystone. Nate's honesty, professionalism and integrity resonated throughout our conversations.  He explained the entire process and gave invaluable advice.  Nate not only explained the roofing and claims process, but we talked about painting the fascia and replacing our gutters. We could tell without question his main concern was doing right by his customer, and he and Keystone Roofing definitely did us right. He was a joy to work with and all of the jobs went off seamlessly. Nate constantly kept us informed on when his crews would show up and continuously came by the job site to answers any questions we might have. His 3 crews (painting/ roofing/ gutters) were outstanding while enduring the Oklahoma heat and did a first rate job. They always went the extra mile. After every day on the job, the crews cleaned up even though they were returning the next day and each time our yard was cleaner than before they started. With respect to the painting and roofing crews;  A song in the play Hamilton says it all about both of those crews:  "Immigrants; We Get The Job Done". With respect to our new gutters, Kyle and his crew did a outstanding job staying late into the evening ensuring all was done perfectly. To each and every crew member, we thank you so very much for your diligence and your attention to detail. We could not be happier and are throughly satisfied with the entire process.
